Delete your DILSET account

Permanently delete your account in the app or request deletion here when you cannot sign in.

Delete inside the DILSET app

  1. Open the Profile tab.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion without app access

Email us from the Google email address connected to your DILSET account. Use the subject “Delete my DILSET account” and include the profile name shown in the app. We may request limited information to verify that you own the account.

Data scheduled for deletion

  • Your DILSET account and authentication association.
  • Your profile details, photos, preferences, and discovery information.
  • Your access to matches and conversations.
  • Push-notification tokens and account preferences.

Information that may be retained

Limited records may be retained when reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, legal obligations, disputes, or backup integrity. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and deleted when it is no longer required.

Processing time

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Encrypted backup copies may take additional time to expire through normal backup cycles.
