1. Agreement
By creating an account or using DILSET, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 and no older than 60.
- You must be legally permitted to use the service and enter this agreement.
- You must not be prohibited from using DILSET because of prior harmful conduct or account enforcement.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information, use an account that belongs to you, and keep access secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Impersonate, catfish, deceive, threaten, harass, stalk, shame, or exploit another person.
- Solicit money, distribute spam, advertise services, or promote fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Upload content you do not have permission to use or content involving minors.
- Scrape data, reverse engineer the service, bypass limits, interfere with security, or use unauthorized automation.
- Share another person’s private information without permission.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant DILSET a limited, worldwide license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload your content.
6. Matches and safety
DILSET cannot verify every statement or guarantee identity, compatibility, conduct, safety, or relationship outcomes. Use good judgment, protect sensitive information, and follow our Safety Centre guidance when interacting or meeting.
7. Features and limits
Features, eligibility, limits, and availability may change. Some features may be free during launch and become paid or limited in a future version. We will show material purchase terms before payment.
8. Purchases and subscriptions
When paid features become available, purchases may be processed by Google Play. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation, and refund rights will be presented before purchase and may also be governed by Google Play’s terms.
9. Enforcement and termination
We may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or misuse DILSET. Serious conduct may be reported to relevant authorities. You may stop using DILSET or delete your account at any time.
10. Service availability
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and maintenance, networks, security events, or circumstances outside our control may affect access.
11. Limitation and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, DILSET is provided “as is.” Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India.
